Description

VIC Records, The Dying Truth is Cianide’s debut, originally released in 1992 and now re-issued. This expanded edition shows the band at their most basic. The Dying Truth is rudimentary in execution yet effective in the end, with doomed-down Hellhammer / Celtic Frost riffs. With their mixture of death and crawling doom, Cianide can be compared to Autopsy, mixed with Bolt Thrower. This re-issue comes with a complete new layout made from the original artwork, lyrics from all songs, band pictures, and last but certainly not extensive liner notes by Pim Blankenstein.
