Mystifier stay true to their signature blend of black and death metal on "Demystifying the Mystified Ones for a Decade in the Earthly Paradise". However, this EP opts for a more straightforward and concise approach, with shorter tracks that don’t fully showcase the full potential seen on their previous full-length albums. This choice seems intentional for a quick, hard-hitting release. Stylistically, the EP picks up where "T.W.I.S.G.T.W.M.I.D.L.H." left off, while also echoing elements from their earlier works. In some ways, it feels like a stepping stone that subtly foreshadows the transition to their next album "Profanus". The guitars and diverse vocals ensure a dynamic interplay between death and black metal. This enhances the overall heaviness and distinctive sonic identity that has always set Mystifier apart from their peers. This EP also features brilliant artwork by Jeroen van Valkenburg, which is essential for this reissue.
