I Hate Records, Digipak 2CD, The ultimate album collection from old Czech Thrash masterminds SAX! The (1991) “Zóna strachu” debut album and the follow up “Moravské ná?r?ez” (1993) in one package! SAX started up in Brno (back then part of Czechoslovakia) in 1985 and recorded a couple of demo tapes before the mentioned albums were unleashed! The sound was raw and obscure, but also well-worked, with a high technical skill. Like many “East Bloc-artists” of the time, something unique is present in the music: this doesn’t follow the “rules” of the European nor American Thrash movements. Something which could also be experienced in contemporary recordings by countrymen ATOMIC, ASSESOR, DEBUSTROL, etc. I Hate have worked for over 20 years with the exhumation of old forgotten/overlooked East European gems: “Zóna strachu / Moravské ná?r?ez” are one of the pinnacles! The album compilation is available as Gatefold 2CD digipak, with a 16-page booklet. On an international level, SAX would also attract fans of KREATOR, CORONER and SADUS.
